Gay clergyman in legal fight against C of E over job row

Canon Jeremy Pemberton, a divorcee with five children who has married a man is taking the Church of England to court because he has been banned from represent God during certain ceremonies, you couldn’t make this stuff-up!
As far as I am aware there is no Canonical office mentioned in the New Testament, but remains a remnant of Catholicism in the Church of England.
Either way it wouldn’t be rude to compare it to say a the office of a Deacon, of which we read...
1 Timothy 3:12
Deacons must be husbands of only one wife, and good managers of their children and their own households.
The word ‘Wife’ is clearly referring to the feminine in the Greek, one of which he once had but divorced, who thereafter sought a Man rather than a women though knowing the will of God. Now surely God’s representative before Man should represent His values? Even that if a man can not bare being single that he should marry [1 Cor 9:7], not a man but a women...
You shall not lie with a male as one lies with a female; it is an abomination.
Well said Paul to the Church...
And from among your own selves men will arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after them.
Touching on Catholicism above, reminds me of a podcast I heard recently which featured Father [Matt 23:9] Malachi Martin, an ex-Jesuit from the Catholic Church. Who after declaring the lie that demons could only be cast out by Catholic Priests who have received authority from the Pope, was challenged by a Christian who placed the Word of God above Catholic tradition, demanding Martin offer the authoritative text to support his unbiblical stance, for we are all clearly told...
“Behold, I have given you [All true believers] authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing will injure you.”
Then Malachi Martin’s true Catholic colours were revealed when he stated...
Not all truth is in scripture...
thus we have our traditions!
6 - [Jesus] responded, “Well did Isaiah prophesy about you hypocrites, as it is written:
‘This people honours me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me;
7 - In vain do they worship me, teaching as doctrines human precepts’’.
8 - You disregard God’s commandment but cling to human tradition.”
9 - He went on to say, “How well you have set aside the commandment of God in order to uphold your traditions”!
It just goes to show that it doesn’t matter how much scripture you know or how learned you are, but rather that you do the little that you do know. Better then is he who knows the little and does it rather than he who knows much, and doesn’t do it.
“On the contrary, blessed are those who hear the word of God and observe it.”
From everyone who has been given much, much will be required; and to whom they entrusted much, of him they will ask all the more.
God certainly holds us to account, as He did the Israelites who having seen His great wonders and experienced their supernatural deliverance from Egypt didn’t trust Him when they really needed to, even when they would have received the blessing.
22 - “Surely all the men who have seen My glory and My signs which I performed in Egypt and in the wilderness, yet have put Me to the test these ten times and have not listened to My voice,
23 - shall by no means see the land which I swore to their fathers, nor shall any of those who spurned Me see it”.
And people actually want God to appear before them and prove Himself?
God forbid, it would be to their utter ruin and damnation!
