I don’t know the tenth that some do, who might agree with me that the more scripture you do know, the harder it gets to ignore the lies that lead multitudes to Hell.
Below is a comment I left regarding the following video, a comment that now seems to have been removed from that Youtube page.
Totally speculative, with absolutely no authority to make such grand statements, apart from the experiences of those who agree with him [not all do]. If this man was surveying a house you hoped to purchase, you would hope for more that just what he thought, yet here he is almost encouraging the suicidal to take their own lives.
Yet Scripture states quite plainly that...
It is appointed for men to die ONCE and after this comes JUDGEMENT.
• The body returns to the earth from where it came.
• The Spirit returns to God who gave it
Knowing this Job asked...
“But man dies and lies prostrate. Man expires, and where is he?”
Now since the penalty for the sin of a man is the death of the sinner, and since all have sinned...
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
Indeed, there is not a righteous man on earth who continually does good and who never sins.
Now knowing the good and the evil, how many times do you think we have to chose the evil to qualify as sinners? Why once of cause!
Now if a judge on Earth has to punish every act of lawlessness to remain righteous and restrain outright lawlessness, how much more do you think a Holy God has to punish every act of lawlessness if He wishes to remain righteous, and deny the horror of sin entering His eternal order?
Thus seeing Humanity bound under the condemnation of sin unto damnation... God sent His only Son [THE WORD] to become a man that He might pay for the sins of men, even all who call upon on His name... in faith.
And the Word became flesh, and dwelt among us, and we saw His glory, glory as of the only begotten from the Father, full of grace and truth.
For God so loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life.
One might ask...
“Since the penalty for the sin of a man is the death of the sinner, how can one man’s payment for sin pay for the sins of many?”
Well, just as one man’s act of disobedience caused all to fall.
For as through the one man’s disobedience [Adam] all were made sinners, even so through the obedience of the One [Jesus] the many will be made righteous.
Make your choice today, either crush the conscience that even as a child once witnessed to you that all wrongs must be righted, when you with I cried that “Its not fair!” and allow this man to persuade you that your many sins will be blotted-out by death, or turn to Christ in repentance and be saved.
Please, don’t allow this man to persuade you that you don’t need a savour, even Christ Jesus, which was Satan’s lie from the beginning...
The serpent said to the woman, “You surely will not die!”.
Knowingly or unknowingly this man is serving Satan the usurper god of this age, even the dark force of the air.
2 Corinthians 11:14
14 - No wonder, for even Satan disguises himself as an angel of light.
15 - Therefore it is not surprising if his servants also disguise themselves as servants of righteousness, whose end will be according to their deeds.
Rather flee from him and his teachings, who has been turning you from your only hope of salvation.
“And there is salvation in no one else; for there is no other name under heaven that has been given among men by which we must be saved.”
[ie... Jesus is the only one who did not have to pay for His own sins with His own death having never sinned. Thus He alone was able to pay for yours, if you will only accept His free gift for sin. Neither Mohammed, Buddha or anyone else can save from sin... who all having sinned paid the penalty for their own sins with death, never to rise again but suffer judgement.]
All of us like sheep have gone astray, Each of us has turned to his own way; But the LORD has caused the iniquity of us all To fall on Him. [Jesus]
Run from this man and by acknowledging your sin, repent and accept Christ, whom will save all who trust in Him through sacrifice, even His death the payment for sin.
‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ declares the LORD, ‘plans for welfare and not for calamity to give you a future and a hope’.
21 - Martha then said to Jesus, “Lord, if You had been here, my brother would not have died.
22 - “Even now I know that whatever You ask of God, God will give You.”
23 - Jesus said to her, “Your brother will rise again.”
24 - Martha said to Him, “I know that he will rise again in the resurrection on the last day.”
25 - Jesus said to her, “I am the resurrection and the life; he who believes in Me will live even if he dies,
26 - and everyone who lives and believes in Me will never die. Do you believe this?”
27 - She said to Him, “Yes, Lord; I have believed that You are the Christ, the Son of God, even He who comes into the world.”
